Travel Photography | Don’t Forget Self Portraits
© 2012 Wazari Wazir | Once Upon a Time in Istanbul I’m not a travel photographer but I’m a photographer who like to travel a lot. Normally as photographers, we often forget to put ourselves in front of the camera. Most of times I travel with my friends and most of them are also like to take pictures, so even though we travel together, our interest is not the same, I mean I maybe like certain places or angle and my friends like to go to some other places and we end up walking alone when we reach a certain location. For an example while traveling to Istanbul recently, when…

© 2012 Wazari Wazir | Imperial Palace Guard | Tokyo Japan While waiting outside The Imperial Palace for the State Banquet to finished, I took a photograph of this great looking Imperial Palace Guard, it was quite dark here but what attracted me to photograph this man is I that, like the quality of light that falls on this man face. Travel Photography | Once Upon a Time in Kashmir | Sonamarg in Winter
© 2012 Wazari Wazir | Sonamarg | Kashmir in Winter “The fault-finder will find faults even in paradise. Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poor-house. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its door as early in the spring. I do not see but a quiet mind may live as contentedly there, and have as cheering thoughts, as in a palace.” – Henry David Thoreau – Tweet news and informationbusiness, health, entertainment, technology automotive, business, crime, health, life, politics, science, technology, travel
