Travel Photography | Taj Mahal | Within The Frame
© 2010 Wazari Wazir | Taj Mahal | Agra India Framing is one of many technique in photography where a photographer try to draw the attention of the viewer to the main subject, which in this case the Majestic Taj Mahal. In this case I use UWA or Ultra Wide Angle Lens 10-20mm to frame this picture, without UWA lens, I don’t think I will get to frame Taj Mahal like this. It is natural for UWA lens to have a little bit of distortion, it’s normal, so I really don’t mind so much about the distortion. Among few things that you should take into consideration when framing your shot…

Travel Photography | It’s a Wide World
© 2010 Wazari Wazir | Travel Photography | Wide World Choosing the right lens for the right subject can produce wonder, this is a small mosque located next to Taj Mahal to the left if you coming from this main entrance, actually not many people pray here, maybe it was pack during friday prayer but I don’t know. I took this shot with 10-20mm lens to really capture it’s beauty and grandeur. I don’t think I will manage to do justice with this picture if I don’t have UWA Ultra Wide Angle Lens, I know that different lenses produce different perspective but when you want to show your subject the…

All of us have never been here in Agra before. We choose the long road to get here, a Golden Triangle Road, usually most people will…

Travel Photography | Rare View of Taj Mahal | Seven Wonders of The World
© 2010 Wazari Wazir | Taj Mahal | Rare View of Taj Mahal and its Surroundings This is Taj Ganj area, where most backpackers stay because within a walking distance you can easily get to the Taj Mahal. I took this picture using UWA Ultra Wide Angle Lens 10-20mm from the roof top of Sai Palace Hotel where we stay. Taj Mahal may look a distance away from this picture but the truth is, it’s just less than five minute walking distance from our hotel to the South Gate of Taj Mahal to the left side of this picture where you can see the buffalos down there. There are many…

Travel Photography | Life Goes On
I know that a picture at the very top is too blur to be good but I like it that way, I’ve another great looking panning picture that wasn’t too blur but I like that image better, maybe I like the colors and the way the bicycle move downhill and furthermore I like to portray how chaotic this place is, Taj Ganj area where we stay. Panning shot does take practice and very seldom people do panning with (UWA) Ultra Wide Angle Lens 10-20mm that I’m using, usually photographers will do panning shot with telephoto lens like 70-200mm or 400-600mm shot if they took a picture of F-1 racing cars…
