Photography | Family Outing | FRIM | Forest Research Institute Malaysia

© 2011 Wazari Wazir | Traditional Malay House | Forest Research Institute Malaysia | FRIM Just a short family outing at FRIM Forest Research Institute of Malaysia in Kepong Selangor, approximately less than 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is great place for city folks to get away from the hustle and bustle of city centre especially during weekend, there was small pond for our children to play around and also a waterfall to chill you out. We spent less than three hours here, just wandering around here and there for a quick photo session and also just spent watching my little hero playing in the small pond…

Location Portrait Photography | KLCC Children Playground

© 2011 Wazari Wazir | My Son Playing at KLCC Kuala Lumpur City Centre | Children Playground Some people will call this as Environmental Portrait Photography, while others people like to called it as On Location Portraiture, where you shoot your subject at the location, preferred by you or your subject instead of in the studio. Portrait | Black and White Photography

© 2010 Wazari Wazir | My Son Playing With Puddle | Langkawi Kedah Some of you might not call this a black and white photograph but just a greyscale photograph. It doesn’t have that kind of deep solid black, just a shade of grey, you are right, this is not super deep rich black and white but that is not my point of this article. I know how to get a deep rich black and white but for this image I prefer it to be like this, a lighter version of black and white. I get a lot of emails asking me, how to know whether some picture will look…
