Finally my Master of Black and White Photoshop Editing eBook is done and available for purchase. I’ve to admit that this ebook is not perfect, it will never be perfect because there are hundreds of way or maybe more on how you can convert your color photograph into black and white and over the years I’ve try few of them. Some definitely work better than the other because certain colors when turn into black and white will produce different tone and contrast, same like people, different skin tones will also produce different result. Photograph of people who have white or lighter skin tone will also produce different tone and contrast when the picture converted into black and white.

Basically you need a great or suitable photograph to get a good result from black and white Photoshop editing. A photograph which have good exposure without any part burnout will always produce great result and be remind that when we strip off the colour from the photograph, we need other elements to draw viewers eye to our subject. Normally any photograph which have great shadow details, a photograph which have great texture, patterns and good lighting will always produced great black and white and personally any subject that are simple and not too complicated without too many distracting element fighting for our attention will work best, especially in portraiture.

The tutorial in this eBook can be applied on wide variety of subject, not just for portraiture, it is also suitable for landscape and architecture. Other than technique to get a beautiful black and white, there is also a tutorial on how to get a nice Sepia or Classic tones from your black and white and there is also   a tutorial on how you can get a nice colour tone for your colour photograph when you combine a monochrome image and colour and from that tutorial, hopefully you can get creative and also hopefully will open your eyes to more possibility.
