Sometimes having a little bit of extra Photoshop skills can be fun, we can turn back the clock on London. I think the old building there help  with this texture editing but I don’t know whether McDonald’s and Burger King does exist in those times. In photoshop, with the right texture and the right picture this kind of editing just work seamlessly. I really like those London classic Black Taxi there. But it just doesn’t happen to be there, I do wait until that Taxi enter the frame and just about to take the turn, I press the shutter, so I can get just a little bit of the side view of the taxi.

Talking about travel photography, we must be aware about the place that we want to visit, get to know some of the local trademark of that particular place, it can be a building, vehicle, the way people dress or something iconic about particular place where people can relate to. I think most people who have been to London can relate the classic black cabs with London, same like people can associate Tuk-Tuk in Bangkok or Auto Rickshaw and Ambassador  car in India.

Whenever we have a chance to travel to anywhere in the world just don’t forget to make sure we have this image with us, because those things is part of the story about that place. Sometimes without any signage or caption, people easily can associate those things with certain country or city in the world and giving it a sense of place.
