Personally for me this is among the best eBook about how to take gorgeous photos of your kids that I’ve bought, full with great ideas and inspiration, including something that have never cross mind mind, I wish Digital Photography School have produce this eBook when my son HaiQal was still a “newborn”. I believe if you have followed my blog for awhile knew that I love taking picture of my son and with this new eBook from DPS, I wish I can make it better using some of the suggestion. This eBook is 100 pages, so you have plenty to read and be inspired.
Basically this eBook divided into few chapters to make it easy for you to follow, among others :

I would like to mention here that this eBook is not for total beginner, I mean this eBook is not for someone who have just purchase their first DSLR and wanted to delved into creatives kids photography. This eBook will not cover topics about how to handle your camera, which metering or aperture is best for any given situation. This eBook is for those of you especially parents who have some basic understanding using a DSLR, and just wanted to get more information on how to get the best from their photography.
Even though I’ve photograph my son for a couple of years, I still found the eBook helpful for me to get the best from my son, and I think a lot of parents who have good camera with them will enjoy the eBook as much as I did.

Rachel Devine is a photographer who has been honing her craft ever since she got her first real camera at the age of fourteen. Her focus in her photography has always been kids, whether it was her nieces and nephews growing up or her first clients when she opened her business in 1995. Nowadays she shoots commercially in the children’s industry and shares her personal work on her popular daily-life photoblog. Teaching people how to take great photographs has become her passion and her book on photographing life will be released by Amphoto/Random House in 2012. An American expat mom of three, Rachel is based in Melbourne, Australia.
