There is nothing much to write or share here but just wanted to share with your guys what does it look like flying with Lockheed Hercules C-130 or some people called it Charlie C 130. This is what does it look like inside the airplane. It is not an everyday assignment that we have the opportunity to travel like this, most of the times we traveled by commercial aircraft.
I’ve to say that the journey is not so comfortable but nevertheless it is a memorable journey, something to be remembered, it was quite slow compared to commercial aircraft and it took us almost seven hours of flight times from Davao Philippines to reach Royal Malaysan Air Force RMAF Base Subang Airport in Selangor on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. As you can see, there is no overhead compartment and we have to stow our hand carry bag either under our seat or just next close to the window.
Sometimes we get into the aircraft through the front door and sometimes we get n and get out of it through the back door. This is special assignment organized by Ministry of Defense MINDEF to Mindanao Philippines to visit our troops there on their peace mission in Cotabato Philippines. Photojournalist travel a lot and that is among one of the reason I choose to be in this line, I may not be rich or becoming a millionaire with this profession but I’m content living a life rich with experience.
